Practice Management

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Zara’s role as a health coach enables people to access services and support in their own communities with the help of a trained adviser. Zara helps people understand their health and well-being needs, supports them in setting realistic goals and develops an action plan to achieve this.

Community Care Co-ordinator
Becky’s role is to provide patients with information, advice and guidance around the non medical support available for them, as well as with help to source social care at home. She is able to connect and refer patients to social care agencies, practical help at home, bereavement and counselling services, community groups, as well as many other services and social activities. She helps elderly patients, carers, patients with disabilities, isolated and vulnerable adults,  and any patient looking for ways to stay independent and improve their daily life.
