Claremont Bank Patients' Group
At Claremont Bank Surgery we have recently formed a patients group. We meet four times a year to share ideas and suggest ways to improve the surgery.
So far the waiting room has been decorated and the car park improved.
There is a suggestion box for you to place any constructive comments, both positive and negative, for us to discuss.
We are currently looking for new members. We would love to hear from you if are able to commit just one hour every three months (lunch provided)! Please leave your details in the suggestion box, and we'll be in touch!
