TELEPHONING THE DOCTOR
We run mainly a face-to-face appointment system and this is how the doctors
prefer to consult with patients. You should always be able to see a doctor the
same day if you feel it is an urgent matter.
If you have a non-urgent issue, which you feel may be dealt
with over the phone please try to ring as early as possible in the day and try
to resolve it through the receptionist. If necessary, she/he may be able to
arrange for a doctor to call you back between 11:30 and 12, but this is not
always possible due to the number of calls we get some days. There should always
be a doctor on hand to discuss urgent matters.

NHS Direct offer
telephone advice 24 hours a day on telephone number 08450 20 21 31.
