• EMIS ACCESS INFORMATION:
  You can now order your repeat prescriptions and make certain appointments on-line. Before you can do so, you need to call into the surgery in person to get a Registration Letter. This is to ensure the confidentiality of your records. Please keep your Registration details secure.
   
• Training:
  Claremont Bank Surgery has recently been approved for the post-graduate training of doctors.

• Thank you:
  We are grateful for a very generous patient donation, enabling us to purchase a water dispenser for the waiting room.
   
• Car park:
  Improvements to the parking lot will be undertaken in the near future. We apologise for any disruption to access to the surgery. We would be grateful if you would consider using public transport or parking in town during the renovations, whenever possible.
   
• 100% computer summaries:
  For the past few years we have been busy improving the computerisation of the practice. As part of this, we have been putting a lot of effort into summarising your paper records on our computer system. We have now completed this work and can hopefully dispense with the paper records completely in the not-so-distant future.
   
• Did you know?
  We offer minor operations, such as removal of skin lesions and biopsies to aid diagnosis of skin complaints. See one of the doctors if you have a skin lesion or rash that concerns you. We are however not able to offer cosmetic procedures. We also offer complete family planning services, including insertion of coils for women. You can see a doctor or a nurse for any family planning issue.
